Project Description

The manufacturers of surface analysis instruments like electron microscopes modernised their corporate design. A modern relaunch of the international company website was meant to pick up the new appearance and provide easy orientation within the comprehensive product range and references (results).

Tasks

• Navigation concept and structuring of the contents
• Appearance and design of the website
• easy orientation within the manifold product categories for a scientific target group
• Style guide and all of the graphic templates for the CMS implementation by a technology partner of Omicron 

Concept & Implementation

• vertical alignment of main and subnavigation
• Development of a colour code matching the corporate design for an easier distinction of the product groups
• Subdivision of the content area into an information and a selection window in order to provide a total overview of comparable products or results which is as large as possible
• Header bar with abstract graphic motifs provide an additional visual differentiation of the most important menu items
