Cookbook for Baader Konzept – delicious recipes render appetite for the company: all recipes originate from members of staff of the planning and consulting company.
In contrast to normal books the square format of the cookbook »Baader's cooking – 18 metres of delicacy« is
to be read in upright format. Fixed with clips the open book can be placed with good legibility and space saving during cooking. Matching the vertical reading direction elevation marks (in metres) replace the common page numbers.
All recipes are complemented with delightful illustrations of food and kitchen equipment. In addition the amounts of ingredients are displayed through the use of bar diagrams – right in terms of Baader's working processes of analysis and statistic evaluation.
